Steamed Barramundi Fillet with Tree Berries

3tbspTaiwanese tree berries & pickling juice
1tbspTaiwanese soya sauce
1tspSugar
200mlWater
Assembly
4pcsKühlbarra barramundi fillets (or 1 whole fish~700g)
Salt
20gGinger slices
Spring onions for garnish
4pcsCabbage, blanched
Method
  1. Heat oil in pan, and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add the tree berries and the rest of the sauce ingredients. Bring to boil and set aside.
  2. Season barramundi fillet with salt. Place ginger over the fillets and steam for 7-8minutes over high heat.
  3. Serve steamed fish with tree berry sauce, and garnish with spring onions and blanched baby cabbages.
