Garlic-fried Barramundi Belly

Ingredients
300gKühlbarra barramundi belly
100gGarlic
10gSpring onions
10gParsley
300gCornstarch
1.5kgOil
100gSoya sauce
100gWater
Method
  1. Coat barramundi belly with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Fry belly till golden brown and set aside.
  3. Next heat up a teaspoon of oil in a wok and fry garlic til fragrant.
  4. Add in soya sauce and water. Mix well.
  5. Pour the sauce on the plate and place barramundi belly onto the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and parsley and serve.
