Ingredients

For Fish
200g
Barramundi Portion
For Seasoning Sauce
20g
Black Garlic; Chopped
30g
Garlic; Chopped
1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp
Chicken Powder
1/2 tsp
Sugar
-
Pepper; to taste
1 tbsp
Hua Diao Wine
1 tsp
Cooking Oil
For Garnish
20g
Spring Onion; Chopped

Method

1.
Fry 10g of the garlic till crispy.
2.
Mix fried garlic with the rest of the seasoning ingredients well and pour over barramundi.
3.
Steam at high heat for 8 minutes.
4.
Remove and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
