World Class Standards
Bred under the same world-class standards as their Singapore kin, Kühlbarra Allied Farm Barramundi are ocean-raised and share the same clean taste. Fed with sustainable fish feed that is made up of 70% plant based protein and fish oils, barramundi from Allied Farm partners are identified by their high Omega-3 content, keeping its flesh tender and moist. Its unique buttery notes owe much to its true ocean saltwater terroir, presenting "never muddy" flavours similar to wild caught predatory ocean fish.

All Allied Farm partners own ocean farms in remote locations that have been carefully selected, allowing them to raise barramundi in spacious sea pens in ideal hydrodynamic conditions and oxygen-rich waters.
The fish live in spacious pens, each measuring minimally 26m in diameter and 15m deep. This offers the fish plenty of space to swim. More importantly, it allows a low density environment critical to animal health and welfare.
Allied farm sites are audited to ensure that they adhere to the same stringent standards as our Singapore farm. We guide Allied Farm partners to adhere to SS-GAP standards and conduct extensive environmental impact assessments to ensure that local flora and fauna are not affected.
Independent lab tests are conducted for all Allied Farms products to ensure that they can be safely enjoyed by your families, friends and loved ones.
