Barramundi Fish Chowder with Homemade Croutons

Ingredients
1 slice
Bread, diced
45-50g
Butter, melted
1 pinch
Salt
Method
1.
Dice the bread into small cubes.
2.
Melt the butter.
3.
Coat the bread cubes evenly with the melted butter.
4.
Add a pinch of salt to bread cubes and mix well.
5.
Toast on medium heat in a toaster for approx. 10 mins, or until the bread has turned golden brown.
Alternatively, heat at 160 degrees celcius in an oven for approx. 12 to 15mins till golden brown.
6.
Serve bread together with the chowder.
