Ingredients

1 slice
Bread, diced
45-50g
Butter, melted
1 pinch
Salt

Method

1.
Dice the bread into small cubes.
2.
Melt the butter.
3.
Coat the bread cubes evenly with the melted butter.
4.
Add a pinch of salt to bread cubes and mix well.
5.
Toast on medium heat in a toaster for approx. 10 mins, or until the bread has turned golden brown. Alternatively, heat at 160 degrees celcius in an oven for approx. 12 to 15mins till golden brown.⁣⁣
6.
Serve bread together with the chowder.
