Garlic-fried Barramundi Belly

Kühlbarra Barramundi Belly
Coat barramundi belly with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a wok. Fry belly till golden brown and set aside.
Next heat up a teaspoon of oil in a wok and fry garlic til fragrant.
Add in soya sauce and water. Mix well.
Pour the sauce on the plate and place barramundi belly onto the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and parsley and serve.
