Method

1.
Mince barramundi and wrap a fifth of the meat around a cherry tomato to form a ball. Make 5 balls.
2.
Boil the barramundi balls with chinese cabbage and bamboo shoots for 20 minutes, then add melon pieces and boil for another 5 minutes
