Ingredients

For Fish

Barramundi Fish Head
For Marinade
2 tbsp
Miso
1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp
Mirin
1 tbsp
Sake
1 tbsp
Sugar

Method

For Marinade
1.
In a bowl, mix miso, light soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.
For Fish
1.
Pour half of marinade mixture onto a plate, add barramundi fish head, and pour remaining marinade mixture on top.

Let barramundi fish head marinate for an hour.
3.
Transfer fish head to a roasting tray and grill in oven boiler at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
4.
Serve with lemon slices.
