Steamed Barramundi Fillet with Tree Berries By Eric Low, Chef Owner of Lush Epicurean, Culinary Consultancy

Taiwanese tree berries & pickling juice
Taiwanese soya sauce
Kühlbarra Barramundi Fillets (or 1 whole fish~700g)
Spring onions for garnish
Heat oil in pan, and sauté garlic till fragrant. Add the tree berries and the rest of the sauce ingredients. Bring to boil and set aside.
Season barramundi fillet with salt. Place ginger over the fillets and steam for 7-8minutes over high heat.
Serve steamed fish with tree berry sauce, and garnish with spring onions and blanched baby cabbages.
